FREE RECORDED WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH WEEK 2026
There are increasing concerns about children's use of digital devices and the possible impact on their mental health. Parents have big questions about when to allow their children access to the internet, and how to manage their time, and ensure they develop positive digital habits. 

This recorded workshop looks at how parents can establish and uphold effective limits and boundaries for the online world and digital use. We also look at how to have open and constructive conversations with children about technology, which means the children are more likely to be honest about their online activities and more likely to seek advice and help if they are worried or get into trouble. 

We also explore practical strategies for helping children log off, and (slowly!) become more able to regulate their digital use.
