Tuesday 24th March at 8pm
Join us to learn how to help your child thrive through exams so they can achieve their potential. Exams can cause a considerable level of stress for children, and this can affect their confidence and their results. Parents often feel frustrated and angry, and unsure how to help. We will explore:
- How to boost your child's general confidence and strengthen their motivation
- Practical ways to prepare your child in the revision period
- How to handle the exam period including creating exam routines, and the wait for and arrival of results
- Teaching children to recognise their nervous feelings and worries and use calming techniques to manage their nerves effectively in the lead-up and duration of the exam period
This workshop includes a live Q&A session so you can get advice about your particular concerns. You will also receive a recording, audio file and handout after the workshop.
This workshop is most appropriate for parents and carers of children aged 2-12 years old. If you have questions about parenting teenagers, please get in touch at hello@theparent.team. We'd be delighted to help!
