Join us to learn how to respond effectively when your child feels anxious, nervous, worried or overwhelmed, and seems unable (or unwilling to try!) to do the things they need and want to do. We will explore:
- Typical worries and fears that affect children - and associated behaviours
- How to help children understand and manage their anxious feelings
- How to manage our own anxious feelings and minimise stress at home
- How to teach calming and coping techniques to children so they feel more equipped to handle challenging situations
This workshop includes a live Q&A session so you can get advice about your particular concerns. You will also receive a recording, audio file and handout after the workshop.
